Lizey and Andy discuss the history of Birmingham’s canal network, uncovering some present-day hidden gems on the city’s waterways, the origins of the Birmingham Balti and where to find the best Balti in Brum.
“I’ve probably had about two thousand Balti’s,” reveals Andy.
“That’s about one a week. I usually have egg and chips the night before, so my pallet is dying for something spicy!”
